Information you provide
If you email us, submit the contact form or book a consultation, we use the contact details, project information and booking details you provide to respond, assess the enquiry and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation. Form attribution records may include campaign parameters, landing page, referrer, click identifiers and a short device/browser category. We do not store your raw IP address; an irreversible hash is retained only for short-window abuse controls.
Analytics and browser storage
The site stores your analytics preference in your browser. If analytics is configured, its script is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics”. You can revisit Cookie settings in the footer to change that choice. The configured provider processes basic usage information such as pages visited and referral source so we can understand which content is useful.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only where needed to operate our business or respond to you, and retained only for a legitimate business or legal need.
